Meet our Owner Erika LaShay. My love for hair started at a very young age I would be at my great grandmother’s salon Littlefield’s every weekend and I loved being there. I loved seeing women come in and be literally transformed and would love to see their reaction and how happy they would be once their hair was done. My grandmothers were hustlers, not only did they do hair they would sell hats, hair, and the most beautiful dresses, it was something that always inspired me and something that I wanted to do it’s kind of embedded in me.
